‘Mainstreaming Rehabilitation in Healthcare System in India’ to explore collaborative partnerships, strategic planning and sustainable-integrated models with a shared vision for rehabilitation to all persons with rehabilitation needs in India and their inclusion in the society.

This conference aims to contribute to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal 3 to ‘Ensure healthy lives and promote well-being for all at all ages’ through efforts towards universal health coverage including people with rehabilitation needs.

Objectives

1. To describe the need for re-enforcing rehabilitation services in India
2. To deliberate on the WHO Package of Interventions for Rehabilitation for 14 health conditions for appropriateness in Indian setting
3. To recommend future strategies for quality rehabilitation services in India future
